Online Return Policy

Merchandise purchased via can be returned for a credit voucher within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn, in its original condition, in its original packaging with original tags attached. For hygiene purposes, panties and cosmetic items are not returnable. No exceptions will be accepted.

Any order placed with an online credit will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns are processed on merchandise only, less any shipping costs paid by XEXYMIX New Zealand to arrange the return, unless faulty or incorrect.

If the merchandise is faulty, we will offer a full refund of the merchandise.

Returned items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached in their own packaging and are accepted at the discretion of XEXYMIX New Zealand.

We are not able to offer exchanges unless you visit our store in person within 14 days of receipt. If you are not able to visit our store in person, we instead encourage you to place a new order to secure your desired item, and return the original item for a refund.

How to Return

To request a return simply:

1. If you have an online account, please login and submit a request for a refund or email us with your full name and order number at

2. Our Customer Service Team will proceed to create a return label for you and you will receive this email in your inbox with the return label from our courier service.

3. Please attach the label to the original package. We will contact you to book a pick up from your address.

4. Once the parcel has been picked up and returned to our Customer Service Team. A quality check procedure will be conducted and then a refund will be processed after.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed. If your return does not meet our return policy you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team.

Please note all refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the completion of our quality check procedure.

Faulty Items

We make the best efforts to quality control all items prior to dispatch.

In the case that something is faulty or damaged, please log your return request via your account using the steps mentioned above or directly via email, please also include a brief description of the fault and your order number.

Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please log your return request via your online account using the steps mentioned above. Please also include a brief description of the item you have received along with your order number.

Upon receipt of the incorrect item, we will complete a quality check procedure to ensure the product is in its original condition. If the merchandise meets our return policy, we will send you the correct item.

XEXYMIX New Zealand will be responsible for all shipping costs involved in this process.

Online Credits

Online credits will be processed once your returned item/s have been received, and your credit note details are accessible through your online account. Online credits are non-transferable and are valid for use at only and cannot be used in store.

Any order placed with an online credit will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
